Phase I

Senior Accommodation: (Type-A)

This accommodation is suitable for Supervisors, Engineers, Service Technicians and Foremen. The rooms are offered as on-suite units. Each unit contains two bed rooms, on-suite shower, toilet and wash basin. These rooms are only offered as a unit at the rate of Dhs 2,000/- per unit per month. The rooms are 3.8m x 3.85m and are designed to accommodate maximum two persons per room. i.e. a suite can accommodate four staff in total.

Junior Accommodation: (Type-B & C)

This accommodation is suitable for Unskilled, Semi-skilled, Skilled and Clerical staff. These rooms will accommodate eight (8) staffs. All ablution facilities are available on the same floor at the ends of each side of the building. These rooms are offered at the rate of Dhs 2,000/- per room per month. These rooms are 5.9m x 3.8m and are designed to accommodate eight persons per room.

Junior Accommodation: (Type-B TV)

This accommodation is suitable for Unskilled, Semi-skilled, Skilled and Clerical staff. These rooms will accommodate eight (14) staffs. All ablution facilities are available on the same floor at the ends of each side of the building. These rooms are offered at the rate of Dhs 3,500/- per room per month. These rooms are 9.0m x 5.8m and are designed to accommodate fourteen persons per room.

Junior Accommodation: (D,E,F,P)

This accommodation is suitable for Unskilled, Semi-skilled, Skilled and Clerical staff. These rooms will accommodate six (6) staffs. These rooms are offered at the following rates:

D Type: Dhs 1,800/- per room per month, Sizes are 4.5m x 4.4m and are designed to accommodate six persons per room.

E Type: Dhs 2,100/- per room per month, Sizes are 4.6m x 4.4m and are designed to accommodate six persons per room.

F Type: Dhs 3000/- per room per month, Sizes are 4.9m x 3.9m and are designed to accommodate six persons per room.

P Type: Dhs 1,200/- per room per month. These rooms are designed to accommodate six persons per room.

Phase II

Junior Accommodation: (1-16 Buildings.)

This accommodation is suitable for Unskilled, Semi-skilled, Skilled and Clerical staff. These rooms will accommodate six (6) staffs. All ablution facilities are available on the same floor at the ends of each side of the building. These rooms are offered at the rate of Dhs 3,000/- per room per month. These rooms are 4.9m x 3.9m and are designed to accommodate six persons per room.

General Conditions

1. Occupancy per room

Type A: These rooms are designed to accommodate a maximum of two persons per room, four per unit.

Type B, C, D, E, F & Phase II: These rooms are designed to accommodate a maximum of eight persons per room. It is not permitted to exceed these numbers per room.

Type B-TV Room: These rooms are designed to accommodate a maximum of fourteen persons per room. It is not permitted to exceed these numbers per room.

2. Meals
No meals are provided in this rate and it is strictly prohibited to prepare meals in the room. It is fully the responsibility of the investor to ensure that the staff does not cook in the rooms. In Type-A building - Senior Accommodation one separate kitchenette is provided on each floor for the purpose of making tea and coffee ONLY.

3. Furniture
Investors will be required to provide suitable furniture, bedding, and curtains for their staff in all these units. Hamriyah Free Zone will provide investors the opportunity to purchase these items from approved suppliers.

4. Rates
The rates include:

• Electricity and water
• Air-conditioning
• Type - A, C, D, E, F & Phase II: a 1.5 ton A.C. unit is provided for each room.
• Type - B: a 2 ton A.C. unit is provided for each room.

6. Services not provided in the room rate:
